That lifelong foundation brought him to the healthcare space, where he led real estate expansion for a national ABA therapy company — doubling their clinic portfolio in under twelve months. Through that experience he built a nationwide network of tenant representative brokers, direct landlord relationships, and licensed contractors, and saw firsthand how much therapy operators struggle without dedicated real estate expertise.
